How To Work With Us

1. Price Quotation

Please prepare your tech pack details, including design sketches, size chart, material specifications, and packaging requirements.

Our sales team will review your information and offer the most competitive quotation based on your needs.

2. Counter Sample Development

We will make counter samples for you to evaluate our product quality, workmanship, and finishing.

This ensures all technical details meet your expectations before moving forward.

3. Order Confirmation

After receiving your official Purchase Order, we will issue a Proforma Invoice promptly for your confirmation.

4. Fitting Sample Approval

Once the deposit or L/C is received, we will start producing fitting samples, lab dips, strike-offs, and trims for your approval before bulk production.

5. Pre-Production Samples

It usually takes around 7 days to complete PP samples and another 7 days for your comments or approval.

These samples will serve as the standard reference for mass production.

6. Bulk Production

After PP samples are approved, bulk production begins under strict quality control.

Our professional team ensures every step .from cutting and stitching to finishing is executed with precision.

The average lead time is around 30 days, depending on order quantity.

7. In-Line & Final Inspection

You may assign a third-party inspection company or your QC to check the goods, and we will fully cooperate.

Alternatively, our in-house QC team will conduct both in-line and final inspections, and provide a detailed report with photos.

8. Shipping Sample Confirmation

We will send you shipping samples with the finalized packaging for your confirmation before dispatch.

9. Shipment Arrangement

Once your forwarder information is confirmed, we will arrange shipment immediately and provide all shipping documents for your approval,such as invoice, packing list,etc…

10. Balance Payment & Document Release

The balance payment should be made after receiving the copy of the B/L and other shipping documents.

Once we receive your payment, the original documents will be released immediately to ensure you can pick up the goods on time.
